KLASIFIKASI PENYAKIT SIROSIS MENGGUNAKAN SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE

Cirrhosis is one type of liver disease and caused by forming fibrosis so that changes the structure become abnormal. Based on presence ascites, varicose veins, bleeding, cirrhosis divided into four clinical stages. This study aims to find best classification model using support vector machine (SVM). SVM a supervised learning method hyperplane with maximum margin. In this study, resulted useful for determining cirrhosis’ stage from patients. The variables classify are age, gender, ascites status, hepatomegaly spiders edema total bilirubin, cholesterol, amount albumin, copper, alkaline phosphatase level test results, SGOT tryglycerides, platelets, prothrombin time. By applying radial basis function kernel, combination parameter C gives accuracy determined. final parameters = 1 0,6 value 67,86 percent.
